Over two years, you'll complete four six-month placements of your choice, working across areas such as:

Our development journey is anchored around a strengths-based program designed specifically for graduates, giving you the chance to shape your own development and experience deeply personalized learning in immersive environments. All this is further complemented by instructor-led training.

And after the program? The only way is up! Most of our graduates continue their careers with us long after their programs have finished. The skills you gain will provide the perfect springboard for your future career.

• An above-average degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Maths, Statistics, or a related subject (ideally with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling)
• Strong analytical skills and resilience
• Motivation to take on new challenges independently and in teams
• A collaborative and curious mindset with a drive to find new solutions
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of IFRS/IAS and HGB (desirable)

You may also have the opportunity to start a Finance/Accounting Qualification during the programme, depending on business needs.
