Over two years, you'll complete four six-month placements of your choice, working across areas such as:

Our graduate programs have been designed to give you the chance to shape your own career path and personal development, with the support you need to succeed. Qualifications

• An above-average degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Maths, Statistics, or a related subject (ideally with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling)
• Strong analytical skills and resilience
• Motivation to take on new challenges independently and in teams
• A collaborative and curious mindset with a drive to find new solutions
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of IFRS/IAS and HGB (desirable)

You may also have the opportunity to start a Finance/Accounting Qualification during the programme, depending on business needs.
