Overview

Our Finance Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to gain broad exposure across all key financial functions. Over two years, you'll complete four six-month placements of your choice, working across areas such as:

You'll take on meaningful responsibilities from the start and gain the insights and skills to shape your career as a finance professional.

Development & Support

Our graduate programs have been designed to give you the chance to shape your own career path and personal development, with the support you need to succeed. You'll be assigned a graduate buddy and a senior mentor within your field who can advise you on rotations and introduce you to key people within the business. We also offer a wide range of development opportunities, including networking events where you'll meet senior managers and board members. We are committed to developing our Early Careers cohort, encouraging their passion to grow, and helping to develop their skills with their future careers in mind. Our development journey is anchored around a strengths-based program designed specifically for graduates, giving you the chance to shape your own development and experience deeply personalized learning in immersive environments. Qualifications
  • An above-average degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Maths, Statistics, or a related subject (ideally with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling)
  • Strong analytical skills and resilience
  • Motivation to take on new challenges independently and in teams
  • A collaborative and curious mindset with a drive to find new solutions
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of IFRS/IAS and HGB (desirable)

You may also have the opportunity to start a Finance/Accounting Qualification during the programme, depending on business needs.
