As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across the business. Working closely with operational teams, you will identify opportunities to improve financial performance and support the company's growth objectives.

- Act as a lead BI user, delivering timely reports, analysis, and system support to stakeholders.
- Develop, test, and maintain BI reports in collaboration with the global BI team.
- Partner with the FSSC to resolve issues and enhance financial processes.
- Build strong relationships with business managers to provide financial insights, support monthly reviews, and improve financial understanding.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Complete month-end processes and analyze results promptly and accurately.
- Perform detailed analysis on sales, products, inventory, KPIs, and margins to drive informed decision-making and profitability.
- Calculate and process monthly commission and bonus payments.
- Support various projects and ad hoc financial investigations as required.
- Fully qualified ACCA / ACA / CIMA with 3+ years of post-qualified experience.
- Proficient in SAP and BI reporting.
- High competence in Excel, with experience handling large datasets and data manipulation.
- High attention to detail, with logical and analytical reasoning skills.
- Flexible to business demands and process-oriented.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance audiences.
£55,000 - £65,000 + benefits including private healthcare.
Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office.
