An automotive dealership group in St. Newlyn East is seeking a Service Advisor to support their busy Service Department. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include handling customer service inquiries, producing job cards, and advising customers on costs and timelines for repairs. A competitive salary of up to £32,200 is offered, with an OTE of around £40,000.

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is required.
- Ability to upsell service work and plans.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.

- Produce Job Cards using in-house systems.
- Update customer and vehicle records.
- Prepare and complete invoices.
- Advise on estimated costs and timelines.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £32,200 with OTE of circa £40,000.
