Electrical Technician - Leading Distribution Business

Salary: £62,500 (+ Bonus up to 10% = Circa £6000)

Shift: Panama - 2s and 3s (Days and Nights)

Location: London Gateway Port, Stanford-le-Hope

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician/Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading distribution business at London Gateway Port. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems within a large-scale logistics facility.

Responsibilities
  • Electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations within a busy distribution centre
  • Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults to minimise downtime
  • Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards
  • Working on single and three-phase systems
Qualifications
  • Recognised electrical qualification (Min NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3)
  • Experience with electrical maintenance, installations, and fault-finding
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
  • Maintenance of Cranes is very beneficial
  • Ability to carry out maintenance on Inverters
  • Experience with PLC Systems - Fault Finding
  • MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING AT HEIGHTS
