Overview

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias)

Location: Kettering

Salary: £40,000 to £42,000 depending on experience

Shift: Monday–Friday DAYS 08:00–17:00

Annual leave: 24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer (70/30 electrical bias) with proven hands-on manufacturing experience. The role will be primarily reactive electrical maintenance with an element of pre-planned maintenance and will include supporting approximately 30 production units (extruders, printers & converters).

• Electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance within a key position in Kettering.
• Assist with various reactive and electrical PPM tasks, and other duties around site.
• Electrically biased with a strong multi-skilled background within the Manufacturing/Warehouse sector.

Job Description/Duties

• Electrical fault finding, PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Building services tasks
• Work as part of a maintenance team to deliver a great service to the plant/site
• Emergency light testing
• Changing lamps
• AHUs PPMs
• Basic plumbing
• Fire alarm testing

The successful candidate needs to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
