Our Production Technicians handcraft Liquid Containment Systems, predominantly flexible fuel tanks used in many industries, including motorsport, automotive, marine, defence, aviation, and aerospace! You will be fully trained by our in-house training team who will give you the skills and knowledge required to perform the role effectively. The Cell Production Team will support you as you develop your skills, allowing you to progress to more complex products.

To support the continued growth of the business, we are recruiting five new PCM recruits.

Experience

The products we manufacture are handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Relevant experience for this role would include previous manual dexterity, high levels of quality, attention to detail, and precision, demonstrated either in the workplace or as a hobby. Successful applicants will receive full training to enhance their existing skills.

The successful candidate will have:

• High attention to detail
• Good manual dexterity
• The ability to follow instructions
• A commitment to a challenging but fair work schedule
• Fluency in spoken and written English

Package

Competitive salary starting at £12.52 per hour

Bonus scheme – a finishing bonus of £1.50 per hour per job will be paid for all jobs completed on time following successful completion of the probation period. During training, this bonus will be paid for all jobs completed on time as a goodwill gesture.
