Job summary

A leading distillery in Northamptonshire seeks a Production Manager to lead and motivate the production team. You’ll have the autonomy to drive improvements in a fast-growing premium drinks business while ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld. What You’ll Need

• You’ll already have experience leading a production team, whether as a Shift Manager or Production Manager. Managing agency labour whilst ensuring quality and safety are a priority in order to meet customer requirements.
• You’ll have worked within a food or drink manufacturing environment, with alcohol or bottling experience being a real advantage.
• You’ll either hold an IOSH qualification or be willing to complete it, and you’ll know how to deliver and embed efficiency improvements in a hands‑on setting.
• You’ll need to be flexible, confident working across different areas of the operation, and be able to thrive in a role that gives you genuine ownership.
