We are seeking a highly organised and creative Creative Production Manager (Editorial, Ecommerce) to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all visual content for an e-commerce-led fashion brand. This role sits at the intersection of editorial storytelling and e-commerce imagery, ensuring that every asset—from product photography to lifestyle shoots—is on-brand, on-time, and ready to drive engagement across all channels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Project & Shoot Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee editorial and e-commerce photoshoots in NYC, London and other locations, ensuring alignment with brand vision, marketing calendars, and campaign objectives.
  • Team & Vendor Coordination: Manage internal teams, photographers, stylists, models, and retouchers to ensure smooth execution of shoots.
  • Asset Oversight: Ensure high-quality image delivery, including post-production workflow, retouching, and asset organization for digital and print channels.
  • Creative Alignment: Collaborate with fashion design, marketing, and merchandising teams to maintain consistent visual identity across campaigns and platforms.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Track budgets, negotiate vendor rates, and optimize resource allocation for shoots.
  • Process & Workflow Optimization: Implement and refine production workflows to improve efficiency, timelines, and asset tracking.
YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
  • Proven experience managing photography, video, or visual content production for both editorial and e-commerce.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple shoots and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency with asset management tools, project management software and understanding of photo/video post-production workflows.
  • Strong eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
BONUS IF YOU:
  • Background in fashion, lifestyle, or retail photography production.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing content requirements.
WORK HOURS & LOCATION:

Here at KILLSTAR, we support a hybrid working model. This means you will join us on site for three days a week at our HQ in Brighton. The other 2 days can be spent working from wherever you choose, either on-site, remotely or from home.There may occasional domestic or international travel.

This role is a full-time position of 37.5 hours, with hours worked between 08:00am – 06:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
