Job summary
A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking a Retail Stock Counter to join their teams in Greater London. This flexible role involves counting stock at various retail sites, ensuring accuracy under tight deadlines. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude and the ability to handle long shifts. The position offers £13.78 per hour, free transport to certain sites, early wage access, and generous holiday pay. Immediate starts are available with multiple roles ready to be filled.

Immediate starts available
A flexible role for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, early starts and being part of a close‑knit team on the road.
You will be joining established minibus teams, working across a range of retail sites. Travel is provided for certain locations, with shifts varying week to week.
- £12.30 per hour plus £1.48 holiday pay
- Access to wages 3 to 7 days after shift completion
- Typical week of 3 to 4 shifts
- Shifts range from 8 to 12 hours
- Early mornings and night shifts required
The role
As a Retail Stock Counter, you will support stock‑taking activity across retail stores, ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately.
Key duties include:
- Counting stock using a handheld scanner
- Working accurately at pace to tight deadlines
- Standing for long periods during counts
- Using access equipment when required to reach higher stock
- Travelling to different retail sites as part of a team
About you
- Aged 18 or over
- Comfortable working unsociable hours
- Positive, reliable and keen to learn
- Able to work long shifts when required
- Stock handling experience helpful but not essential
