Job summary
A growing marketing team in Bournemouth is seeking a Marketing Specialist to contribute to B2C marketing activities. The role involves creating content for social media and email campaigns, utilizing bespoke software for performance evaluation. Ideal candidates should have generalist marketing experience, strong data skills, and familiarity with visual tools like Canva and Photoshop. It’s a small marketing function, making you a key person in the team. We want someone that wants autonomy to research, create, executive and deliver B2C marketing activity and then take the learnings, optimise and go again!
- Creating social media ad content as well as email and SMS copy using different platforms such as Canva and Photoshop.
- Take advantage of their bespoke software solution to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Report weekly on individual campaigns – identifying dips and potential delivery issues in real time to minimise the potential loss. Using A/B testing to develop and improve existing campaigns.
- Previous generalist marketing experience. Digital and performance aligned marketing is preferable.
- Experience working with or within the financial services space or a similarly regulate sector/industry.
- A strong, data centric skillset. You need to be able to assess data sets, make judgements and take actions based on what you can see!
- A willingness to work autonomously but also be a key part of a team.
- Experience with visual creation tools such as Canva and photoshop
- A salary up to £30k plus an annual company bonus.
