Overview
Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Dorchester Collection. You will provide proactive and high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment, acting as the right-hand to the CEO and ensuring efficient operations across the business.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive diary management for the CEO’s daily schedule including internal and external appointments both in-person and virtually, across international time zones
- Manage database of contacts for the CEO
- Liaise with external guests/clients/suppliers and with internal departments on behalf of the CEO
- Draft official executive communications and correspondence that reflects Dorchester Collection brand and professional excellence
- Be responsible for all e-mail correspondence and all phone calls on behalf of CEO
- Liaise with the Executive Assistant to Company President regarding business travel plans for CEO
- Manage finances for the CEO including expense claims, raising purchase orders and reviewing all invoices
- Prepare for and attend key meetings and action points with and on behalf of CEO, producing briefing materials, presentation, and reports
- Handle room and restaurant reservations and special rate requests and charity vouchers on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate and submit holiday requests and approvals for relevant team members
- Manage the CEO operational budget and liaise with the finance department on a monthly basis
- Plan and execute various events such as annual executive forum, annual board meetings, and strategic update meetings
- Liaise closely with other executive assistants within the business, providing cover in their absence
- Register visitors and dispatch items via couriers
Qualifications
- You have previous experience as an EA, supporting at C-Suite level, in a luxury hotel environment
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; proven ability to craft executive-level correspondence
- High level of computer literacy with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with an understanding of stakeholder dynamics
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles to own the budget process

Hours and Location
Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, based in our corporate office in Knightsbridge.
