Job summary
A leading education employment agency is looking for School Receptionists in the West Midlands. The role involves welcoming students and parents, answering calls, and administrative tasks. Applicants should have reception experience, preferably in a school setting, and be willing to work temporarily during school hours. A DBS check is required, which incurs a cost. Qualifications
- Must have reception experience, preferably in a school or similar environment.
- Willingness to work temporarily during school hours.
- Ability to follow safeguarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming students, guests, and parents into the school.
- Ensuring safeguarding processes are followed.
- Answering telephone calls and filtering as necessary.
- Responding to emails and letters to parents.
- Typing of letters and memos.
- Filing, faxing, and photocopying.
- Dealing with parents and pupils.
