We have a rare opportunity to join one of Halstead's most successful and established, independent estate agents as their main valuer, covering both Sales and Lettings.

• Act as the main valuer for both Sales and Lettings.
• Prospect and list homes with a proven track record in listing properties.
• Utilise knowledge of the Halstead area and surroundings to win listings and drive market presence.

• Experienced sales or lettings agent with a proven track record in listing homes.
• Knowledge of the Halstead area and surroundings is desirable.

On offer will be a basic salary of GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 depending on experience, with a very realistic on target earnings of GBP50,000 - GBP55,000.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm with only every other Saturday which is only a half day 9am - 1pm.
