Job summary

A forward-thinking estate agency is seeking an Estate Agent Valuer / Lister to support valuations and property listings. The ideal candidate must have prior Estate Agency experience and skills in negotiation and valuation. You will closely work with the Branch Manager to maximize sales and lead the agency to higher market share. This role offers a basic salary of £24,000 plus additional benefits, including a car allowance, and attractive annual leave entitlements.

Job description

Estate Agent Valuer / Lister

Basic salary £24,000 plus £2,500 car allowance or company car with on target earnings of £45,000.

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and 9.00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays with 1 Saturday off in 3 (5 day working week).

Annual leave entitlement starting at 33 days and increasing with service.

This well established and forward-thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to significantly increase its market share and to actively grow the business through valuations and subsequent listings and to enhance still further the reputation of the company for quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• You will work very closely with and support the Branch Manager with valuations and listings of residential properties when they are on annual leave and on days off and will work in an office currently doing between £25,000 and £28,000 per month net.
• You will be a champion of Residential Property Sales and Listings, a consummate deal maker who can see success, be it in front of his/her nose or out in the distance.
