• Basic salary £25,000 plus £1,500 car allowance with an outstanding personal sales commission structure starting at 7% and increasing to 8% with on‑target earnings of £40,000 to £50,000.
• High‑volume operation requiring a high‑flying, talented Estate Agent to match buyers with sellers and potential “virtual” sellers.
• In‑depth knowledge of applicant base to match buyers with both current and prospective sellers.
• You must own and drive your own car.
• Excellent telephone sales skills – the telephone is the prime selling tool.
