Remuneration:

Basic salary between £18,000 and £22,000 (depending on experience) with unlimited on target earnings with an expected minimum of £35,000 + company car.

You will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Valuations and Listings in your area. You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Key objectives:

• Valuation and Listing of residential properties, whilst maximising fees and for sale boards.

Experience:

• Previous Estate Agency experience is essential for this role.
