Estate Agent Valuer / Lister

• Basic salary: £24,000
• Car allowance: £2,500 or company car
• On target earnings: £45,000
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00‑5:30, Saturday 9:00‑5:00; 1 Saturday off in 3 (5‑day week)
• Annual leave: 33 days, increasing with service
• Scheme: Property Mark accredited Estate Agency

• Champion residential property sales and listings, demonstrating strong deal‑making abilities.
