CASS Analyst & Compliance Lead
Job summary
A leading Fintech outsourcing company seeks a CASS Analyst or Supervisor to join their operations team in Manchester. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and safeguarding client money. Candidates should have a strong background in CASS, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This newly created permanent role offers a chance to take on supervisory duties and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in a CASS-focused role within a regulated financial services firm.
- Strong understanding of FCA CASS rules, especially CASS 6 and CASS 7.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert on CASS compliance.
- Perform daily and non-daily CASS reconciliations.
- Identify and manage CASS-related risks in operational processes.
- Prepare Management Information reports on CASS compliance status.
- Develop and deliver CASS awareness training to operational staff.
