Job description

We are looking for a proactive Compliance Officer to manage day-to-day compliance in a fast-paced logistics environment. You’ll play a key role in audits, risk assessments, policy management, and accreditation readiness, with real scope to grow.

  • Monday – Friday
  • 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve policies, SOPs, and compliance records
  • Lead risk assessments for people, vehicles, facilities, and cyber
  • Deliver internal audits and support ISO 9001/14001 compliance
  • Manage customer, supplier, and third-party compliance
  • Coordinate training and maintain compliance matrices
  • Produce reports and support continuous improvement
What You Need
  • Experience in compliance, audit, or regulated environments (logistics, transport, defence preferred)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001; willingness to learn ISO 27001/Cyber Essentials Plus
  • Strong risk assessment, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
  • Full UK driving licence; must meet SC clearance eligibility
