Line management responsibility : Assistant HR & Office Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead and deliver a professional HR service across the business. This is a hands‑on role, working closely with senior leaders and managers to support workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and people development. You will play a key role in ensuring HR practices are compliant, consistent, and aligned with business objectives, while promoting a positive and engaged workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and operational HR delivery
