About the role
As Plant Supervisor you will be leading the day-to-day operations of the Huntly facility. In this hands-on role, you will organise and oversee all resources (both people and equipment) to ensure production, safety, quality and targets are achieved.
Reporting to the Plant Manager with strong connection to the Australian team, this role leads operations in a key facility with real impact on company performance. You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate production activities and manage workforce performance with a strong focus on workplace health and safety.
