We are seeking a motivated individual with the following qualities:

• Mechanical fitting and assembly of ultrasonic welding machines
• Mechanical fitting of small bench-top systems to full bespoke machines
• Piping pneumatic systems on machines
• Occasional turning/milling of parts
• Building guards from extrusion
• Running wires and cables
• Other beneficial experience includes cross-discipline knowledge of control systems, including PLC and/or safety controller programming.

The ideal candidate should have a solid electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical assembly background. Experience in PLC programming is advantageous but not essential. A positive attitude towards new challenges, self-motivation, and the willingness to take on additional responsibilities, such as service and repair of equipment (which may involve travel), are important. A full driving license is required. The candidate must be diligent, able to work independently, as well as a team player, flexible, and willing to be hands-on in other areas when required.
