As a Senior Field Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering engineering excellence across one or more technology domains by providing deep technical insight, continuous improvement and ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll leads the design, implementation and support of complex technology solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability and security. As a technical authority, you will also mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams to deliver integrated solutions.

This role is 37 hours per week based at any of our main UK locations. Shift patterns for this role are 0730am‑1830pm GMT and you may be asked to work at specific times. As part of a commitment to maintaining high service availability and rapid incident response, this role will be required to participate in an on‑call rota. This responsibility reflects the trust placed in the role to act swiftly and decisively when critical systems are impacted.
