An independent school in Suffolk is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors. The role involves maintaining a welcoming reception area, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be organized, ensuring that the reception runs smoothly. This is a full-time permanent position following a term-time schedule, with a supportive team environment and various employee benefits available.

Bramfield House School is an independent SEN school supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. This opportunity is in Halesworth, within commutable distance of Lowestoft, Diss and surrounding areas.

Job Title: School Receptionist
Location: Bramfield House School, Suffolk, IP19 9AB
Salary: £22,160.62 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:15 am to 03:30 pm
Contract: Permanent | Term time only

We offer a 4‑day working week (4DWW) trial: you can work one day less each week (or equivalent hours) while still receiving full‑time pay.
Suitable for an organised, approachable, and professional individual able to manage a range of administrative tasks while maintaining a calm and welcoming presence in a busy school environment.
