An established non-profit organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a Women In Trades Specialist Support Officer to provide support to female Australian Apprentices in male-dominated trades. The role requires strong business development skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships. Applicants should have 1+ years of relevant experience, and a willingness to undertake further education in social work or related fields. The primary purpose of this position is the Women In Trades Specialist Support Officer to offer end-to-end wrap around support and guidance to female Australian Apprentices in male-dominated trades in line with BUSY At Work's, BUSY Sisters specialist Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) contract. This role will assist women, employers and other relevant stakeholders to improve the commencement, retention and completion rates of female Australian Apprentices.
