An education and training provider is seeking an Inclusive Quality and Curriculum Lead to enhance its inclusive learning strategy. This role involves working to meet Ofsted and ESFA standards while improving curriculum design for accessibility. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5+ teaching qualification, extensive SEND strategy experience, and thorough knowledge of ESFA funding rules. This hybrid role offers a salary starting from £37,000, excellent benefits including quarterly bonuses and generous leave.
Location: Hybrid - Remote with one day per week in our Shoreham-by-Sea office
Salary: From £37,000 + Excellent Benefits + Tax-free bonus
Travel: Occasional travel across England for delivery shadowing and employer visits
