Job summary

An education and training provider is seeking an Inclusive Quality and Curriculum Lead to enhance its inclusive learning strategy. This role involves working to meet Ofsted and ESFA standards while improving curriculum design for accessibility. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5+ teaching qualification, extensive SEND strategy experience, and thorough knowledge of ESFA funding rules. Qualifications

Inclusive Quality and Curriculum Lead

Location: Hybrid - Remote with one day per week in our Shoreham-by-Sea office

Salary: From £37,000 + Excellent Benefits + Tax-free bonus

Travel: Occasional travel across England for delivery shadowing and employer visits

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead HIT Training’s inclusive learning strategy, ensuring alignment with Ofsted and ESFA requirements
  • Evaluate and improve inclusive teaching through shadowing, coaching, and feedback
  • Collaborate with Vocational Trainers to embed accessibility and progression into curriculum design
  • Oversee support planning, reasonable adjustments, and Access to Work processes
  • Deliver training and toolkits to promote inclusive practices
  • Monitor and report on inclusion KPIs, EDIMs, and learner outcomes
  • Champion inclusive careers education and support apprentices in overcoming barriers
  • Ensure compliance with awarding organisation policies and funding documentation
  • Advise on employer responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010
  • Support submissions for high-needs learners, including ILR and EAS processes
What You’ll Bring
  • A Level 5+ teaching qualification (e.g. DTLLS, CertEd, PGCE)
  • Proven experience in SEND strategy, curriculum design, quality assurance, and impact reporting
  • Experience supporting post-16 learners and apprenticeships
  • Strong knowledge of ESFA funding rules and ILR compliance
  • Understanding of the Equality Act 2010 and reasonable adjustments
  • Familiarity with awarding organisation policies
  • Willingness to travel for shadowing and employer visits
