Job summary

An international education institution in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Activity Leader to prepare and lead engaging activity sessions for students. Job Overview

Join us as a Senior Activity Leader in summer 2026!

Responsibilities
  • Preparing activity sessions for students and encouraging participation.
  • Maintaining accurate registers and reporting feedback to Activities Managers.
  • Supporting and supervising the team of Activity Leaders, deputising in the absence of the Activities Manager.
  • Supervising student behaviour on and off campus.
  • Caring for the health, safety, and wellbeing of Activity Leaders and students.
  • Conducting full pre-employment checks, including an Enhanced DBS check, in line with our safer recruitment policy and Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025.
  • Leading a high-quality summer activity and excursions programme, including sports, drama, arts, quizzes, discos, fashion shows, and excursions to city tours and historical landmarks.

Hours and Compensation

Working 52 hours per week over a 6‑day week. Pay: £660.92 per week + holiday entitlement. Paid at the end of your contract. This is a fully immersive working experience.
