Responsibilities
- Correctly count incoming and departing linen.
- Distribute linen and provide correct items to the team.
- Ensure cleanliness in corridors and report any issues.
Skills
- Correctly count incoming/departing linen
- Distribute linen across the hotel
- Provide the housekeeping team with the correct items
- Ensuring the hotel corridors are clean of linen and any glassware
- Cleaning fans
- Report any linen shortages and/or damages to your Line Manager
- A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
- Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
- Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
- A keen eye for detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation.
- Team-focused, ready to jump in and support others to keep service flowing.
