Qualifications

• The candidate must have experience in providing care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Experience in the management of junior medical staff is necessary.
• Ability to work alongside Consultant and Senior colleagues in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop work schedules for Tier 1 and Tier 2 doctors and ANPs.
• Authorise annual leave and study leave for medical staff.
• Contribute to duties on the children's ward and outpatient areas.
• Support medical audit and research activities.
• Ensure clinical governance requirements are met.
