A recruitment agency in the UK is seeking Mandarin/Cantonese speaking Warehouse Operatives for a client in Coventry. This role offers full-time work in a supportive team environment with opportunities for permanent employment. Responsibilities include picking and packing, loading/unloading, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse. Experience in warehouse operations is preferred but training is provided.

Hours: Monday to Friday – 6:00am to 3:00pm
Additional Hours: Weekend work available
Nexwave Recruitment are currently recruiting Mandarin or Cantonese speaking Warehouse Operatives for our client’s busy distribution centre based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering long‑term, full‑time work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Picking and packing products accurately for customer orders.
- Loading and unloading vehicles and containers.
- Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse area.
- Assisting with stock control and inventory checks.
- Following company procedures and health & safety regulations at all times.
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors – Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are highly beneficial for team coordination.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese – essential.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not essential (training provided).
- A Forklift Counterbalance licence would be advantageous but not required.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well under pressure.
- Good attention to detail and a positive, team‑focused attitude.
- Full‑time, ongoing work with optional weekend shifts.
