A local support organization in Milton of Campsie seeks a Personal Assistant to support a 12-year-old child with a learning disability and autism. The role involves providing care at home and in the community, working approximately 6 hours a week during school holidays. Ideal candidates will have experience with children and possess a valid PVG Scheme membership. Flexibility in days and hours is offered. Rate of pay is £13.60 per hour.
Qualificações
- Experience of supporting children and young people with additional needs.
- Able to communicate basic instructions.
- Valid PVG Scheme membership.
Responsabilidades
- Support a 12-year-old boy at home and in the community.
- Engage in activities such as walking around the local community.

Personal Assistant/ Milton of Campsie
We are looking to recruit a patient, reliable, fun-loving Personal Assistant who can support our physically fit and active 12 year old son who has a learning disability and autism. He has limited verbal communication but is responsive to basic instructions.
Primarily be to support Alex at home and occasionally going for walks around our local community.
6 hours per week during the school holidays. We can be flexible re days/hours worked and are happy to discuss further with interested applicants (contact number 0141 776 2219).
Rate of pay: £13.60.
- Able to drive and have own transport desirable.
- PVG Scheme membership required by successful applicant.
