We are looking for a proactive Training Administrator to become a key part of our client's team - ensuring their site stays up to date and compliant with training programmes and requirements.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Support training: update training matrices, issue certificates, arrange courses and deliver toolbox talks.
  • Manage PPE stock, work wear distribution etc.
  • Order supplies such as PPE and keep stock levels maintained.
  • Provide hands‑on support to the HSE Manager and wider team.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong administration background with excellent IT skills (Word & Excel).
  • High attention to detail – accuracy is everything in this role.
  • Confident communicator, able to work with colleagues at all levels.
  • Organised, efficient and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Some experience in training is a plus.
  • Energetic, motivated and committed to maintaining high safety standards.
