A leading retail company in Altrincham is looking for a Customer Team Member to deliver exceptional service to customers. The role involves various responsibilities such as ensuring a friendly shopping experience, supporting store colleagues, and engaging with the local community. Ideal candidates will have great people skills, a positive approach to problem-solving, and the flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends. Full training is provided and inclusive hiring practices are in place.
Customer Team Member
Location: St Lukes Building Vicarage Lane, Altrincham, WA14 3BE
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (10.15pm closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
Full, paid training provided
