Customer Team Member
Location: St Lukes Building Vicarage Lane, Altrincham, WA14 3BE
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (10.15pm closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

What you’ll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – putting customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience
  • Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Make sure the store safe and legal – keeping the shelves stocked and ensuring prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
  • Help introduce new products and services – making changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
  • Support your local community – getting involved in all kinds of activities and events
