The role |

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards, and drive restaurant performance. You will coach and develop your team to reach their full potential while achieving outstanding results.

• Possess strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory management, labor management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.

• Care about creating an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued, enabling them to thrive in their roles and careers.
