Our client is a family company in the automotive industry, providing award-winning customer service and delivering award-winning vehicles. With 300+ employees and a UK-wide presence, they serve the country with new and used cars, vans, MOT services, and aftersales support.

The business is committed to investment in technology and growth. To support this, we are looking for a strategic, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individual with a data-driven approach to join the Operational Board. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will support decision-making, offering vital insight and strategic direction to the business. There is a genuine opportunity for you to shape this role and have a direct impact on the company's future success.

We are seeking candidates with the following attributes:

• Qualified accountant
• Experience in a related sector such as retail is desirable but not essential
• Familiarity with money markets and investments
• A forward-thinking strategic planner who provides positive challenge and opportunities to disrupt the status quo
