Job description

This rapidly expanding company, due to the acquisition of several new contracts, now needs to recruit a reliable and competent Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to work on a wide variety of contracts in the South West region. Applications from , Dorset, Chippenham, Bath, and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must possess the P402, P403, P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualifications.
• Experience in the asbestos industry of surveying, air‑monitoring etc.
• Possess good communication skills.
• A good working knowledge of asbestos health & safety procedures.

Role

• Carry out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re‑occupation and personal air testing.
• Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a range of properties including commercial and industrial.
• Oversee contractors on site to ensure compliance with asbestos health & safety legislation.
• Collate and produce comprehensive reports.
• Build and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
