Job description

Qualifications & Experience:

• The applicant must have attained the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
• Must have surveying experience in the asbestos industry.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft office package.

Duties of the role:

• Conducting Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties, including domestic and commercial.
• Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
• Building a strong relationship with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.

Due to continued success this client based asbestos company with a large portfolio of clients is looking to recruit a competent Asbestos Surveyor in the Dartford area. The successful applicant will hold the P402 asbestos certificate and will have experience carrying out asbestos surveys on a range of site types. The successful candidate will hold the P402 certificate and will have extensive experience carrying out asbestos surveys on a range of contract/site types. Consideration will be given to applications from Grays, Romford, Ashford, and the surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be a flexible, enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic.
