A leading consultancy firm seeks an R&D Manager to join a dynamic team focusing on product quality and nutrition standards. You will operate autonomously to ensure product consistency for UK retail customers, collaborating closely with operational and production teams in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience and possess strong communication skills to thrive in this challenging role.
The investment of significant private £capital has enabled the alignment of food manufacturing plants in the France and the UK to enable the creation of a new food group with unsurpassed capability to deliver in UK and European own label food markets.
To build on the factory hardware, the Managing Director seeks to appoint an R&D Manager to work alongside the R&D Lead, technologist, and NPD teams.
You’ll operate autonomously in this role to ensure consistency of product is delivered to core UK retail customers.
An understanding of product nutritional’s and product quality standards will support your interaction with the operational, production and engineering teams.
