The ROLE
Due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen for a strategically important Construction Team Manager to take responsible for overseeing construction projects, from initiation to completion within EMEA region - This includes coordinating, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising the work of construction crews and subcontractors. This role requires a flexible and dynamic individual with a passion to deliver complex engineering and construction projects worldwide. Responsible for the development and growth of the construction team and installation business across EMEA, working in a variety of sectors; Power, petrochemical, offshore, Refining, Pharmaceutical, etc.

The CANDIDATE
The successful Construction Team Manager candidate will be a talented professional with considerable experience within a similar EPC environment. Some of the experience you will possess includes:

1. Construction & commissioning
2. Excellent team management skills
3. Industrial construction environment experience
4. Strong technically
5. Background in oil & gas/combustion/EPC
6. Willingness to travel
7. Happy to work in the office when not on site

SALARY - Dependent on experience
