A leading financial services company in Greater London is seeking an Advertising Technology Lead to spearhead ad tech strategies and manage the marketing data infrastructure. You will work closely with marketing teams and external agencies to optimize digital marketing technologies, ensuring compliance with data standards. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in ad tech and a passion for creative problem-solving. We're looking for someone with deep experience across the ad tech and martech landscape, where you will drive the development & execution of strategies that integrate and optimise a suite of digital marketing technologies. As a subject‑matter expert, you'll act as a connector and be required to collaborate closely with marketing teams, external agencies, and wider teams across the business to ensure seamless implementation and management across the stack.
As we work in a highly regulated industry, you will need to balance pursuing opportunities to advance our data infrastructure, while also communicating and appropriately managing risks. In all of this, you will be supported by a great team with shared goals and who care about your development.
This is a permanent position and can be based in our Nottingham or London offices.
We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. You will be based in our Nottingham or London office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
