Head of Scripted Marketing
Reports to Group Director of Global Marketing

Fremantle's Group Marketing function is responsible for supporting the marketing communications strategy of the company across programming, sales, and corporate reputation.
About the role
The Head of Scripted Marketing sits within Fremantle's Group Marketing function and manages the launch and promotional marketing of scripted programmes and formats, either created by Fremantle and its production labels, or distributed on behalf of third parties.
The role works with Fremantle's Global Drama and Commercial & International teams to identify priority titles and formats, and with production and distribution territories to provide marketing campaigns in support of sales and launches.
Within the Group Marketing function, the role works closely with the Head of Non-Scripted Marketing and the Head of Global Drama and Scripted Communications to promote Fremantle's titles in a consistent and high-quality way. The role also works directly with Group Marketing's Trade Marketing, Events, and Creative teams, as well as a range of external agency partners.
The role is responsible for managing the scripted marketing team, setting team strategy, ensuring project delivery and quality is maintained, and that the team's development needs are met.
