HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents, attracting tens of thousands of athletes every season.

To support our growing Marketing team, we are looking for a committed full-time Junior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our HYROX team in London.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Coordination

• Support the UK & Ireland marketing strategy in line with global direction.
• Coordinate across departments (Partners, Ambassadors, Volunteers, 365, Sales).
• Assist with ticketing, tracking, reporting, and ambassador communications.

Campaigns & Communication

• Support the delivery of integrated marketing and event campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent HYROX brand presence across all UK channels.
• Coordinate media accreditation, PR requests, and on‑site comms support.

Social Media

• Manage HYROX UK & Ireland social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Oversee content calendars, copywriting, and community management.
• Track engagement and growth, identifying key audience and ambassador insights.

Digital Marketing & Content

• Support newsletters, website updates, and performance tracking.
• Create and manage assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and InDesign.
• Maintain organised content folders and assist with Bynder management.

Data & Analysis

• Monitor campaign performance and digital KPIs.
• Support audience segmentation, reporting, and continuous optimisation.

YOUR PROFILE

• A degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – immaculate German & English is essential.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
• First practical experience in marketing, ideally in the field of social media, content creation or event communication (e.g. through internships or working student activities)
• Structured, independent way of working and organizational talent
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing and able to travel to all HYROX DACH events, including weekends.
• Passion for sport, fitness, or live events is highly desirable
