We're one of the UK's fastest-growing nutritional food brands. As we scale rapidly in the D2C space, we're looking for a talented marketer to join our team and directly impact our growth.

The Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and retention across our D2C channels. This is a hands‑on role combining creative thinking with commercial rigour - you'll work closely with the Head of Growth to execute multi‑channel campaigns, manage agency partners, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead paid media strategy: Partner with performance agencies to optimise campaigns across Meta and Google, managing creative briefs, ad copy, and tracking key metrics
  • Execute multi‑channel campaigns: Coordinate D2C marketing activations, product launches, and seasonal campaigns across internal teams and agency partners
  • Manage email marketing (Klaviyo & SMS): Build campaigns, segmentation strategies, A / B testing, and automated flows to drive retention and repeat purchase
