We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us scale Creoate globally, driving growth, retention, and engagement through smart merchandising and data‑informed marketing campaigns.
You will own onsite merchandising, ensuring our collections and brands are effectively showcased to delight customers and hit commercial goals. You’ll also lead cross‑channel campaigns and own Creoate’s social media presence, ensuring consistent storytelling and measurable business impact. You will be taking ownership of key areas of the customer experience, coming up with new strategies to predict and answer their needs.
This is a highly cross‑functional role that blends analytical thinking with creative execution. We’re looking for someone who loves data and analysis, and is hungry to find actionable gold nuggets buried in our data. Creativity is equally important, as you will be designing and building new campaigns based on these user insights.
You have proven experience designing, launching and analysing campaigns, ideally within an e‑commerce or marketplace / B2B environment, and are comfortable leading cross‑functional initiatives against ambitious targets.
