A leading recruitment agency seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to drive brand and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in D2C or consumer-focused marketing and must excel in both analytical and hands-on roles. Responsibilities include coordinating branding efforts and managing marketing campaigns. Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing plus strong communication skills. This position is based in Greater London.
My client is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager / Head Brand and Marketing to help grow the team and the business.
You will come from the world of D2C / consumer focused brand marketing - probably within the Growth / Start-Up World rather than a major retailer and food experience is essential!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analysing the marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate with other internal teams and marketing executives to develop a marketing strategy and plan. You will then communicate these plans effectively to all relevant internal teams. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative. You will be hands-on and comfortable getting your hands dirty in this role - it's not for someone who wants to lead but not be active! You must also have performance and growth marketing experience and be comfortable working with a growth brand.
