About our Team

The Shared Technologies organization builds and operates core technology platforms that enable products across the company to deliver secure, scalable, and consistent user experiences. Our primary focus is on Identity and Access Management (IAM) — the backbone of authentication and authorization for internal and external products — as well as our API Platform, which powers secure, unified integrations across our ecosystem, and the recent addition of the internal developer Platform.

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Director, Go-To-Market (GTM) to lead adoption, engagement, and satisfaction across our shared platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring internal and external stakeholders realize the full value of our technology investments, from initial onboarding to long-term success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the adoption of Shared Tech platforms and services by product teams, sales teams and customers.
  • Drive adoption of Shared Technologies platforms across all stakeholders:
  • Internal products already onboarded, maximizing their continued engagement and success as well as adoption of new features
  • External customers and end users, ensuring seamless access, authentication, and satisfaction, with the Identity Professional Services team
  • Internal products not yet onboarded, guiding them through migration and integration.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and customer teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies for new platform capabilities.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly communicating complex concepts and platform value.
Requirements
  • 8–10 years of experience in product management, GTM strategy, professional services or related leadership and people management roles within technology businesses.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for technology platforms.
  • Strong technical fluency to translate complex concepts into clear business value.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM), API platforms, and developer ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging diverse audiences and simplifying technical jargon.
