A leading consultancy in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled professional to lead Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) transformation projects. The role involves driving market activities, nurturing client relationships, and mentoring teams. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial negotiations and the ability to deliver impactful solutions in the Private Sector. You will be passionate about delivering an impact that matters to our Private Sector clients by delivering solutions which provide the right information, at the right time to run their businesses. You will innovate, ideate and then sell and deliver Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) transformation projects that are tailor made, business led and technology enabled across geographic and organisational boundaries. You will be responsible to read the market, identify opportunities and work collaboratively to drive growth, leading the team in creating and converting pipeline, owning and nurturing the relationships with Oracle Sales team and clients.

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your “Immediate Family Members” are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
