You will be passionate about delivering an impact that matters to our Private Sector clients by delivering solutions which provide the right information, at the right time to run their businesses. You will innovate, ideate and then sell and deliver Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) transformation projects that are tailor made, business led and technology enabled across geographic and organisational boundaries. You will be responsible to read the market, identify opportunities and work collaboratively to drive growth, leading the team in creating and converting pipeline, owning and nurturing the relationships with Oracle Sales team and clients.

You will be responsible for:

• Driving market-making activities and establishing a robust pipeline of Oracle EPM programmes within Private Sector industries. This involves leading the development of compelling propositions, defining Go-to-Market strategies, and executing market-making initiatives. The ultimate aim is to provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to our private sector clients, thereby assisting them in navigating their digital transformation journeys.
• Identifying and capitalising on emerging trends and opportunities within private sector industries, developing innovative solutions that leverage the full potential of Oracle EPM technologies
• Leading the sale of Private Sector industries Oracle EPM programmes, by working externally (Clients) and internally (Deloitte Account Teams) to develop your own sales pipeline and meet business targets
• Owning and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders in Private Sector organisations
• Owning and nurturing relationships with Oracle EPM Co-Prime Sales Leads and Account Executives (AE’s)
• Leading the delivery of large complex Oracle EPM transformation programs from start to finish, minimising risk and maximising profitability, ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding expectations
• Developing talent through mentoring, coaching and knowledge & experience sharing. Managing and nurturing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
• Contributing to the continuous effort to make our Oracle EPM delivery model more effective, through the usage of different Global Delivery Networks (GDN) Centres and through the deployment of AI delivery capabilities

• Proven experience in developing and negotiating complex commercial arrangements in a professional services environment.
• Deep understanding of multi-year deal economics, including risk and reward levers, cost of capital, and amortisation.
• Exhibit exceptional commercial acumen, identifying and leveraging innovative contractual and commercial deal levers to maximise value and profitability.
• Strong understanding of contractual and commercial risk management in complex delivery environments.
• Experience of working with procurement functions to delivery good outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams, including senior staff and Partners. Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working within a partnership model.
