System Design Project Manager - Interactive Response Technology (IRT)

The main purpose of this role is to write the requirements of the assigned IRT studies and manage the implementation in a way that ensures all patients get treated with the right study drug as per the Sponsor’s study protocol. This is a highly consultative position in which the PM needs to utilize their Cenduit IRT knowledge to ensure a successful system build.

• Requirements and analysis: analyse the protocol, discuss the system needs with the client, and author user requirement documents for client study teams and internal teams.
• Project management: manage study timelines to deliver before First Patient In (FPI), review scope against proposal, manage budget changes, monitor deliverables, and perform a system quality review (SQR) with the Technical Operation team, including a system demonstration to the client.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): conduct internal UAT with Technical Operations and technical PM teams, manage UAT activities based on client needs, and support the client during UAT.
• Other tasks: lead study programs or client accounts to define standards and lessons learned, manage system change requests, provide handover training, provide mentoring and training to new hires and junior PM staff, participate in Investigator meetings and bid defenses as appropriate, and support client audits; perform related duties as required.

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• 4+ years of clinical research or project management experience
• Experience working in IRT and in a customer service environment

This role may require extensive keyboard use and prolonged sitting. Travel up to 20% may be required.
