Are you ready to influence the strategic direction of enterprise change at NFU Mutual? As our Portfolio Design & Insights Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising our Strategic Change Roadmap. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends portfolio design, governance, and business partnering to ensure our change initiatives deliver maximum value. You’ll be at the heart of how we prioritise, assess, and sequence change across the organisation, empowering NFU Mutual to deliver on its strategic ambitions.
In this key leadership position, you’ll own the design and governance of NFU Mutual’s Enterprise Change Portfolio. Working closely with Group Strategy and Group Finance, you’ll ensure initiatives are strategically prioritised, financially robust, and sequenced for optimal delivery.
You’ll lead the development of business cases, oversee resource and demand planning, and manage the governance framework that underpins effective decision making.
Your remit includes delivering a proactive business partnering service—providing consultancy and insights that help stakeholders shape their local change roadmaps. You’ll also lead the creation of centralised reporting and data visualisation, enabling data-led decisions across governance committees and the wider Group Change leadership team.
This is a role that combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement to drive meaningful change across NFU Mutual.

With a strong background in enterprise change, you bring a blend of technical expertise and leadership capability.
